Terms of Service
1. Payment and Pricing
1.1 All payments will be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) through GCash.
1.2 A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure the commission.
1.3 The remaining balance is due upon completion of the artwork.
1.4 Prices will be discussed individually based on the complexity and requirements of each commission.
1.5 Additional charges apply for immediate service requests (completion within less than 3 weeks).2. Timeline
2.1 Standard completion time for commissions is 3 weeks to 1 month from the date the deposit is received.
2.2 Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to the artist's availability.3. Commission Scop
3.1 Commissions can include fan art of various fandoms and original characters (OCs).
3.2 Descriptions of OCs require further discussion via Discord for clarity and accuracy.
3.3 The artist offers a variety of styles, ranging from anime to simplistic, cartoony art styles.4. Process and Revisions
4.1 Clients will receive regular updates on the progress of their commission.
4.2 Up to three rounds of minor revisions are included in the original price.
4.3 Significant changes or additional revisions may incur extra charges.5. Rights and Usage
5.1 The artist retains the copyright to all commissioned artwork.
5.2 Clients receive a non-commercial, personal-use license for their commissioned piece.
5.3 The commissioned artwork may not be used for commercial purposes unless a separate agreement is made.
5.4 The artist reserves the right to use commissioned artwork in their portfolio and for promotional purposes.6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1 The initial deposit is non-refundable once the commission process has begun.
6.2 Refunds for the remaining balance will be considered on a case-by-case basis if the artist is unable to complete the commission.7. Communication
7.1 All discussions and finalizations will take place via Discord for detailed and efficient communication.
7.2 The artist will respond to inquiries and updates within 24-48 hours.8. Agreement
8.1 By commissioning the artist, the client agrees to all terms outlined in this document.
